About Us
Many of the crops we grow are specialised and require a lot of care and attention. When we can, we use mechanised systems for planting and harvesting, but some crops are labour intensive requiring a great team of seasonal workers working alongside our full-time team. Our teams are important to ensuring we can deliver quality food in a timely manner so the produce we sell is always fresh and to the highest standard. Without our team this would not be possible.

On the farm we have 7 full time employees, including students on a sandwich year, harvest students and seasonal workers. With the variety of crops we grow there is always a good mix of varied jobs on the farm. We work hard, but we have fun and get on well as a team, some of our team members have been here since their careers began!
